This tagine combines a cast aluminum base with handles and a handmade earthenware cone-shaped lid. During slow cooking, steam drips back onto your dish via the high cone, keeping meat and vegetables succulent. This is how you cook a Moroccan tagine on an induction hob. With a 30 cm diameter, it is large enough for four to eight people.
