A perfume oil is perfume based on oil instead of alcohol. You apply a few drops to your wrist or neck. Musk is a familiar scent in Morocco and the rest of the Arab world, which many people wear daily or for celebrations. A fragrance oil is intended for the home: you put a few drops into the water of an oil burner or into a diffuser. Do not use a fragrance oil on your skin unless the packaging states it is safe to do so.
