Moroccan tagine Ø 26 cm – earthenware cooking tagine (clay pot), 2-3 people

This small cooking tagine comes from Morocco and is handmade and painted, made of lead-free earthenware. Moisture condenses in the cone-shaped lid and drips back onto your fish, meat, vegetables, or fruit, keeping the juices and aromas inside the pot. With a diameter of 26 cm, you can cook for 2 to 3 people.

How to use it

• First time: wash the base and lid with lukewarm water, dry them well, and coat the inside and outside with (olive) oil
• Heat the tagine slowly, as earthenware cannot withstand temperature shocks
• In the oven: do not preheat the oven
• Wash by hand with warm water, a little dish soap, and a non-metallic brush; do not put in the dishwasher and do not leave to soak in water
• Let the tagine dry thoroughly to prevent mold
