Summary of the Creed of the Pious Predecessors

Allaah ﷻ has said:

“And, [moreover], this is My path, which is straight, so follow it; and do not follow [other] ways, for you will be separated from His way. This has He instructed you that you may become righteous.” [Sūrah Al-An’aam 6:153]

The Path of Allaah is the Path with which Allaah sent His Messenger ﷺ and the Path that was trodden by his companions, the favored generations, and those who follow in their footsteps from the later ones of this Ummah (Islamic community) until the Hour. That is the Path of Allaah, and everything else that contradicts this Path belongs to the (other) ways.
