Frequently asked questions

Does the pouf come filled?
The pouf comes empty by default. If you would like to use it immediately, please choose the pre-filled version when ordering.

Why does my pouf look slightly different?
Every pouf is a handcrafted product. A loose thread, a slightly crooked seam, or a speck of dye may therefore occur; this is part of a handmade piece.
