The Klausberg 7123 is an 18/10 stainless steel cooking pot with a rounded bottom and a tight-fitting lid. This allows you to cook with little moisture. The interior is scratch-resistant, even when using a whisk, and a measurement scale inside the pan helps you with measuring.
