Kinghoff 1263 - Cast Iron Egg Pan - 23 cm

The black surface was obtained thanks to the unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at very high temperatures. The surface is extra oxidized, which reduces its susceptibility to rust. It is recommended to regularly preserve the pot by greasing the entire surface with a thin layer of cooking oil. Failure to perform this type of maintenance may cause the pan to rust.
